About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Ariston Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with key customers in the HVAC industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business in your area of responsibility by identifying market needs and opportunities.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Frequently visit present and potential customers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with key installers and suppliers.
  • Increase sales volume and turnover in your area of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, make accurate cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications, and negotiate the terms of an agreement in line with the company's pricing policies.
  • Define any action required to support sales, attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the HVAC industry. You will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent relational and organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
