About the Role

Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort, offering a unique range of solutions for hot water, space heating, and air treatment. We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to maximize sales of our UK Ltd portfolio, including gas boilers, renewables, and hot water products, covering the specified area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business in your area of responsibility by identifying market needs and opportunities.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Frequently visit present and potential customers to build strong relationships.
  • Identify and develop key relationships with installers.
  • Increase sales volume and turnover in your area of responsibility.
  • Explore various routes to market to increase business opportunities.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, providing accurate quotations and negotiating agreements.
  • Define actions to support sales, attend sales meetings, and participate in product seminars and trade shows.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales activities in our market. You should have a hunger for success, relational and organizational skills, proactivity, and customer focus.
