About the Role

Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort, offering a unique range of solutions for hot water, space heating, and air treatment. We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to maximize sales of our UK Ltd portfolio, including gas boilers, renewables, hot water products, CHPs & HIUs, covering the specified area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and further grow business in your area of responsibility by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific market.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with key installers.
  • Increase sales volume and turnover in the area of responsibility.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications and negotiate the terms of an agreement, in line with the Company's pricing policies, and close sales.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales activities in our market. You should have a hunger for success, relational and organisational skills, pro-activity, be target motivated, and have customer focus at the forefront of your mind.
