Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,500 - £30,500 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support and care to young people in our residential setting. This includes:
- Building trusting relationships with residents
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks and activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve within a specified timeframe)
- Experience working with children and young people (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding and protection of vulnerable children
