About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' products, sharing samples, and providing information to consumers in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our clients' brands in a professional and engaging manner
  • Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide product information
  • Meet sampling targets and achieve sales goals
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
  • Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours)
  • Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth (all items are stored on location)
  • Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
  • Access to a vehicle is an asset
  • Liquor Certification is considered an asset and might be mandatory for some locations
  • Food Safety certification is an asset
