Job DescriptionYou will work closely with teachers and SENCO to develop and deliver tailored learning plans, ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Key Tasks:- Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism and Speech and Language difficulties.
- Assist in the development of inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse student needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff to ensure seamless support for students.
A rewarding salary range of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum awaits the successful candidate, who will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and career growth prospects.
