Sales Development Specialist

INEOS Automotive – Grenadier – Built On Purpose

Our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017. We've hit some huge milestones along the way, from a start-up to a scaled business. Despite global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from vision to prototype and to market in just five years. Now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales funnel with continuous measurement and steering of leads and enquiries generated by marketing.
  • Develop targeted offers for customers who have expressed an interest or started the sales journey.
  • Control UK stock, including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline.
  • Create a balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network across the region and INEOS Automotive.
  • Execute strong business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels.

Requirements:

  • International customer and product launch business development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in customer experience.
  • Able to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP or similar ERP system user.
  • Proven track record in working in an international business environment.
