Job Title: Care Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Care Scheduler to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating efficient and compliant rotas using a computer-based roster system. You will ensure all records and rotas are up-to-date, compliant with organisational and legal requirements, and accurately reflect service user and staff information, including absences, annual leave, and training.



You will be the first point of contact for all new care package referrals, completing the referral tracker, and optimising workforce capacity. Working with our Recruitment Team, you will be involved in future workforce planning to utilise our extensive talent pools.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Produce Staff Rotas in advance
  • Manage referrals and be the first point of contact for all new care package referrals
  • Work with our Recruitment Team to future workforce planning
  • Identify new opportunities to help grow the service


Requirements:


  • Driving Licence and Transport: Must be a driver with your own transport
  • Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling, and a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
