Job Title: Telecoms Project Coordinator

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Telecoms Project Coordinator to oversee and deliver a variety of technical projects for TDA Telecoms. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multiple project streams, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
  • Create detailed project plans using Microsoft Project (MSP) and agile planning tools to support hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business units, analysts, and developers to document requirements and oversee the software development lifecycle.
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, including PIDs, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Implementation Plans, Meeting Minutes, and Status Reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' project management experience.
  • Proficient in Prince 2 and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
