We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and selling the features and benefits of our state-of-the-art security solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at SMEs, providing them with solutions to their security issues.
- Use our CRM system to manage customer interactions and update records accordingly.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with customers to discuss their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A competitive salary of £26,000, with uncapped commission of up to £5,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 24 days' holiday plus statutory holidays, company pension, and a Personal Development Plan.
