About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and selling the features and benefits of our state-of-the-art security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at SMEs, providing them with solutions to their security issues.
  • Use our CRM system to manage customer interactions and update records accordingly.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with customers to discuss their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • A competitive salary of £26,000, with uncapped commission of up to £5,000.
