Job Description

This key accounting position involves producing monthly management accounts, submitting statistical data to manufacturers, and generating various reports, including weekly vehicle profits, debtor reports, and forecasts. You will also be responsible for completing month-end reconciliations, controlling manufacturer bonus debts, and reconciling key accrual accounts.

To excel in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, will also be essential in delivering accurate and timely results.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Branch Accountant at Stoneacre Motor Group, you will need:

  • Experience within the motor industry, preferably with knowledge of the Kerridge system
  • Part or fully AAT qualified, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
