The Role
At Stoneacre Motor Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Accounts department as an Apprentice Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to start a successful career in business administration, with a focus on developing business admin, customer, and IT skills.
Duties:
- Scanning and processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and dealing with suppliers
- General administration
- Liaising with Department Managers to obtain invoices for authorization before payment
- Processing daily banking
- Handling incoming post and distributing as required
Requirements:
- Confident in communicating over the phone
- GCSE English Grade 4 minimum or equivalent
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as manage own time and daily activities
- Attention to detail
About You:
- MINIMUM - GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
This is an apprenticeship opportunity, and the successful candidate will study NVQ Level 2 Business Administration. Please note that this is an apprenticeship wage for the duration of the apprenticeship.
