The Role
Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Accounts department as an apprentice administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for business administration, customer service, and IT skills, with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and dealing with suppliers
- General administration tasks
- Liaising with Department Managers to obtain invoices for payment
- Processing daily banking
- Handling incoming post and distributing as necessary
Requirements:
- Confident communication skills, including phone etiquette
- GCSE English Grade 4 minimum or equivalent
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations
- Teamwork and time management skills
- An eye for detail
About the Candidate:
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
This is an apprenticeship opportunity, and the successful candidate will study NVQ Level 2 Business Administration. Please note that this is an apprenticeship wage for the duration of the apprenticeship.
