The Opportunity

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage departmental resources, including ordering materials and stationery, and coordinating events for team members and customers.
  • Input, GRN, and invoice matching of all promotional and overhead budget orders onto SAP and raise BACS requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, and ensuring a professional first impression of the department.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure attendance is maximized and time-scales are met.
  • Input data into team databases, including CRM and PeopleSoft, to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties, including monitoring of Marketing Store, hotel bookings, car hire, timesheets, and support to the Marketing Management team as required.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Immediate availability to start work due to the temporary nature of the role.
