Job Title: Admin/ Customer Service

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin/Customer Service representative at Brook Street NMR. This is a temporary position until March 2025, with a possibility of extension, offering valuable exposure and experience working within the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone
  • Progress cases through the Court/Tribunal system and provide support to other functions in HMCTS
  • Solve problems by referring to problem-solving hubs and comprehensive guidelines
  • Input data onto the system
  • Prepare papers and create/update records
  • Engage in email correspondence and general administration duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration and call handling
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good computer skills overall
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good attention to detail
