About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Porsche Host to join our team at JCT600. As a Porsche Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Care for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors, demonstrating our commitment to their comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist as necessary to maximize the customers' comfort while they are on site, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer basic sales and service enquiries from customers.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing areas, maintaining a high standard of presentation and image.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers, providing a personalized experience.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An impeccable standard of personal presentation, reflecting positively on our brand and values.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach, embodying our company culture and values.
