Porsche Ambassador

Job Overview:

This role involves welcoming every customer to our dealership, establishing their needs, and directing them to the most suitable staff member.

As a Porsche Ambassador, you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers receive a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Provide refreshments and care for customers waiting for other team members.
  • Assist in maximizing customer comfort while on site.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment to maintain the dealership's image.
  • Develop a basic knowledge of products and services to address customer sales and service inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for clear and concise interactions with customers, team members, and the public.
  • Ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in customers.
  • A customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service beyond expectations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a passionate, enthusiastic approach.
