Porsche Ambassador Role Overview
At JCT600, we are seeking an exceptional Porsche Ambassador to welcome every customer to our dealership in Newcastle. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors, ensuring that they consistently receive a high standard of care. As a Porsche Ambassador, you will be responsible for caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
You will be expected to maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
About the Role:
- Ensure all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Care for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
- Assist as necessary to maximise the customers' comfort while they are on site.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach.
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A life assurance plan and a company pension subject to T&C's.
- 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service (from 1st July 2022) plus bank holidays.
