Band 8A – £60,126 - £64,906 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance - £1,349 per annum
37 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced and innovative nurse to lead our Dementia Service. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, support dementia service improvement, and act as an expert clinician to support the decision-making of a range of other health and care professions.
The Dementia and Older Adults Lead Nurse will lead on the ongoing implementation of dementia standards, national and local strategies, as well as the dementia service remobilisation and recovery plan. This will involve working across professional and organisational boundaries, in partnership and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme). This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
