We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's estimating team at Engineering @ 365 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tenders, securing new business, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate tender bids by analyzing customer requirements and providing quality written submissions.
  • Negotiate and secure tender wins.
  • Attend client meetings and develop relationships with key clients.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Manage the estimating and commercial aspects of the tender process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Estimating, preferably in the Structural Steelwork sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
