About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead Systems Architect to join our team at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise-class structure, data, and application framework models using Pega PRPC.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
  • Work with product owners to assist in developing requirements, solution concepts, and prototypes.
  • Ensure Pega applications/solutions are scalable, robust, and follow Pega suggested best practices in terms of security, performance, and integrations.
  • Lead requirements conversations, push back where needed to help drive discussions to out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Provide in-depth technical consultation to business partners and IT management/development to ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
  • Very good hands-on experience in delivering Pega skill-based solutions to customers with high output.
  • Effective communication and interpretation skills to discuss business and technical implementations with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong technical background and hands-on experience in developing applications and exploring new capabilities of Pega technology.
  • Experience working with cloud systems and hands-on experience in dealing with application servers.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology.
