About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Offer Case Manager to join our team at TeamJobs. As a key member of our pre-offer team, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications from submission to formal offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, mortgage brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries on mortgage applications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with mortgage brokers to apprise them of application progress and resolve any queries.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure application requirements are met and conditions are updated.
  • Manage the diary system to monitor applications and prioritize tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong office administration experience, preferably in the mortgage sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
