  • Evaluate mortgage applications with precision, ensuring compliance with lending standards
  • Review CAIS/Credit information for all submitted applications
  • Examine portfolio landlords for adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Efficiently manage the application pipeline
  • Address complex cases and inquiries
  • Balance workloads in accordance with service expectations
  • Foster strong relationships with team members

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in underwriting
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage process and industry
  • Proactive in evaluating applications and communicating effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
