We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating onsite activities, communicating with clients, and assisting in the development and implementation of action plans.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading NI-based contractor who offer a highly competitive package. You will be based on site, initially on one of their residential projects, and will be tasked with managing and coordinating the onsite activities, communicating with clients, and assisting in the development and implementation of action plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate onsite activities
- Communicate with clients to cultivate and maintain good relationships
- Assist in the development and implementation of action plans
- Prepare performance and ranking reports and weekly progress updates
- Frequently communicate with team members through presentations and educating them on marketing tools and strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in civil or structural engineering, as well as a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within the construction industry. A knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable, but applicants with other good, relevant experience should not be deterred from applying.
