Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating onsite activities, communicating with clients, and assisting in the development and implementation of action plans.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a local NI-based contractor who offer a highly competitive package. You will be based on site, initially on one of their residential projects, and will be tasked with managing and coordinating the onsite activities, communicating with clients to cultivate and maintain good relationships, and assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource, and process.
Requirements- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within the construction industry
- Knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable
This role will offer you a long-term career path with the position only becoming available due to increased workload.
