Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Scientist to join our team at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London.

About the Role: As a Healthcare Scientist, you will be responsible for the recruitment, guidance, and monitoring of trial participants, as well as the collection and documentation of accurate data. You will work closely with clinical investigators, basic scientists, and care teams to ensure the smooth operation of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, guide, and monitor trial participants to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical investigators, basic scientists, and care teams to achieve study objectives.
  • Provide high-quality service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and studies run smoothly.
  • Problem-solve and work independently, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Contribute to the development of new studies and projects, based on your expertise and capacity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical studies, with a strong understanding of research methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clinical investigators, basic scientists, and care teams.
