About the Role

Solent Mind is a mental health charity that delivers wellbeing services across Hampshire, including Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham, and Gosport, and the New Forest. As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Wellbeing team, providing administrative support and reception facilities that enable the delivery of the Wellbeing programme.

You will be the primary point of contact for service users and visitors to the centre, monitoring incoming enquiries and referrals, and making first contact and following up on information when necessary. You will also support the delivery of the wellbeing programme by sending invitations to courses and monitoring waiting lists, ensuring that information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner on our data system.

Solent Mind is a mental health charity that supports people to develop positive mental wellbeing, live well, and thrive. Our team of 400 strong individuals supported 45,000 people with their mental health across Hampshire, Southampton, and Portsmouth last year. We are part of the Mind Federation and have a Gold award for Workplace Wellbeing Index 2022/2023 and have signed up to be a Mindful Employer.
