About the Role
  • Responsible for the performance of project delivery through all aspects of set up, production, installation, reporting, and sales support.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team Manager to oversee project progress, project matters, budget tracking, and service success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate project expectations and responsibilities with all team members.
  • Manage project risks, documentation, forecasting, variances, and solutions in line with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the overall performance of the project delivery.
  • Supervise the Project Plan to ensure all parties are fully informed of progress.
  • Coordinate project meetings and record actions/details accordingly.
  • Use company tools and processes to manage projects effectively.
  • Monitor project costs and maximize budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective project handover, wash-ups, and timely invoicing.
Requirements
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of project coordinating.
  • Maths and English to GCSE C level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
