We are seeking an experienced Occupational Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Bakkavor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including life assurance, private medical insurance, and a stakeholder pension scheme.

About the Role:

  • Conduct health assessments, including hearing tests, lung function tests, vision screening, and blood pressure monitoring.
  • Manage health surveillance programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
  • Provide first aid services and advice in workplace settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of health assessments and interventions in the occupational health database.
  • Analyse and report data related to health trends, compliance, and workforce health metrics using Excel.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for senior management.

  • Experience in occupational health, with a strong background in health data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A great understanding of health and safety regulations and occupational health practices.
