This position comes with a salary range of approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum, accompanied by a generous benefits package.

About the Job

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential occupational health risks, developing and implementing wellness programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote a culture of health and wellbeing.

Main Duties
  1. Conducting thorough workplace health and wellbeing assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Developing and implementing targeted wellness programs to enhance employee health and productivity.
  3. Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of health and wellbeing considerations into project planning and execution.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of health and wellbeing initiatives, including metrics and outcomes.
