About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Family Support service as an Activity Support Assistant. Our service provides community-based care for autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, and adults, helping alleviate pressures on families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children, young people, and adults to access a range of activities in the community, tailored to their needs and interests.
  • Help develop independent living skills and provide opportunities for social interaction and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Participate in comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring to develop skills and confidence.
