About the Role

Our Family Support service provides community-based care for autistic and neurodivergent children, young people and adults to alleviate pressures on families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children, young people and adults to access community activities tailored to their needs and goals.
  • Develop independent living skills and provide opportunities for social interaction and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans and review progress regularly.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
