About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Support Specialist to join our Family Support service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, and adults to access a range of activities in the community.

About You

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences. While previous experience in health and social care is not essential, we are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience to thrive in this demanding role. You should be a good team player with excellent communication skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support.
