Delivering Exceptional Cleaning Services
As a Cleaning Operative at Mitie, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative to achieve goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
