Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Location: Our client facilities in and around the building
Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, 35 hours per week, flexible hours
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our client facilities. Your duties will include cleaning floors, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down stainless steel fixtures, and sweep and mop floors
- Clean restrooms, empty trash, and sanitize fixtures
- Set up and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
- Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Approachable and courteous manner
