Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Location: Our client facilities in and around the building
Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, 35 hours per week, flexible hours either 0600 or 1130 start
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our client facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down stainless steel fixtures, and sweep and mop floors
- Clean restrooms, showers, and empty trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures and mirrors
- Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
- Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Approachable and courteous manner
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion
