The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 2-3 bed EBD children’s home, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year, plus a generous bonus scheme.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. You should also hold a current UK driving license and possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
