Job Title

**Sale and Operations Administrator**

Overview

Midland Heart Ltd is seeking a highly organized individual to join our Development team as a Sales Officer for 18 months. The role involves coordinating and providing administrative support across the end-to-end new homes sales process, ensuring a smooth sales process for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and issuing accurate correspondence relating to the sale of properties.
  • Liaising with buyers, Solicitors and other stakeholders involved in the sale of properties to ensure sales are progressing in a timely manner.
Requirements
  1. GCSE (or equivalent) Math's & English Grade C/4 or above.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of the property sales process - knowledge of Shared Ownership would interest us, but is not essential.
  3. Experience of communicating with a wide range of customers, internal stakeholders and third parties, in writing and over the phone.
  4. Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and a range of in-house systems.
