Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance projects across our portfolio of properties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule and supervise contractors to deliver high-quality results on time.
