About Our Service:

Asher House is a registered care setting offering 24-hour nursing support, comprising six bespoke apartments designed to cater to individuals with highly complex needs and behaviours.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will form part of our dedicated team, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to service users.

Your Job Description:

  • Individualised Care Plans: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans, addressing the unique needs of each service user.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, guiding and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality care and promote positive teamwork.
  • Care Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

  • An annual salary of £36,337 - £38,880 (dependent on experience).
