We are seeking a Technical Installation Specialist to join our team in Lancaster, PA.

This role involves installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic communications systems, as well as providing technical assistance to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics and communication systems, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain communication equipment.
  • Interface with customers to discuss work and convey system information.
  • Assist the sales team with bid responses.
  • Conduct building site surveys to identify installation requirements.
  • Oversee projects from bid process through sign-off.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with scheduling and installation.
  • Communicate project progress to customers and company team members.
  • Provide training to customers on operating and maintaining systems.
  • Offer effective on-call support.
  • Participate in job-related training and self-driven learning efforts.
Requirements:
  • An Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of low voltage experience.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Professional, reliable, highly organized, and punctual.
  • Maintain industry-recognized technology credentials.
  • A clean driving record.
Salary Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
