About You:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with experience working with young people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use, the criminal justice system or have a history of living in care.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients in the service on a daily basis. You will be responsible for delivering one-to-one and group support opportunities within the accommodation and local community aimed at increasing resilience in clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing legislation and professional boundaries, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to working in an assets-based way.
