About the Role:

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of our service on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients, volunteers, visitors, and staff. They will lead in maintaining a safe and well-managed environment, supporting clients to sustain their tenancy agreements, develop skills and resilience, and participate in positive and successful move-on initiatives.

Your work will be underpinned by Depaul's Endeavour model, which aims to empower clients to achieve confidence and self-determination in their lives.

  • You will ensure the high quality of risk and needs assessments, SMART outcomes-based support plans, and case files for clients under your supervision
  • You will deliver one-to-one and group support opportunities to increase client resilience and engagement
  • You will partner with local agencies to support client wellbeing, adhering to data protection and information sharing protocols
