About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a Senior Ecologist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering medium-scale commercial development projects, working on large-scale projects with Principal ecologists, and managing teams and training junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver ecological surveys, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes
  • Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • GCN License + Dormouse or Bat Class 2 License
  • Experience with Phase 1 Habitat Surveys + EPS mitigation license applications
  • 4+ years experience working in an Ecological consultancy
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • Full UK Drivers license
