Job Summary:

RGB Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Highway Design Engineer to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary projects and managing a range of smaller projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and specification of drainage, earthworks, highways, and utilities for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience leading projects across various sectors, from conception through to technical approval.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with contractors, design teams, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
  • Supervise and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of work.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical and leadership skills in highways and civil engineering design.
  • Expertise in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroDrainage (or equivalent software) for highways, drainage, and civil works design.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and collaborating with contractors, design teams, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
