About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Motor Claims Handler to join our team at AXA UK. As a key member of our Commercial Motor Claims Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need during the claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls from customers and third parties reporting motor claims
  • Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported with their claim, providing personalized and accurate information based on your expertise and training
  • Managing your own caseload and working collaboratively as a team to achieve objectives
  • Accurately inputting member information into our systems
