About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Allianz Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO of Allianz Partners UK & Ireland in driving business growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the day-to-day activities and regulatory topics, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  2. Participate in the Executive Committee, preparing meeting materials, capturing decisions, and following up on action items.
  3. Lead strategic initiatives and decisions, engaging with stakeholders and responsible for collecting and consolidating data to produce reports and insights.
  4. Coordinate and participate in project portfolios, reporting progress to the Executive team.
  5. Represent the CEO in meetings, ensuring alignment on decisions and arbitrations.
  6. Support the preparation of high-quality materials for internal and external presentations and meetings.
Requirements
  1. At least 5+ years of experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  2. Good understanding of the insurance and assistance business.
  3. Experience working with intercultural teams in an international and dynamic environment.
  4. Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and autonomy.
  5. Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish trust relationships with all levels of the organization.
  7. Excellent ability to filter information and prioritize competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  8. Proven experience analyzing and synthesizing complex information and drawing conclusions.
  9. Comfortable challenging the ideas of others and senior stakeholders.
  10. Working knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  11. Fluent in English, including excellent writing skills.
