About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Seidor UK. As a Mid-Market Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and building meaningful client relationships within the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and quota.
  • Demand Generation Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coverage and identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Communicate Sales Plans: Regularly update key stakeholders on sales strategies and progress.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting.
What You Will Do
  • Identify and Sell Migration Projects: Lead the effort to sell migration projects, helping legacy SAP ECC customers transition to SAP S/4HANA with SAP RISE.
  • Manage Greenfield Opportunities: Identify and oversee a pipeline of greenfield opportunities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Manage the Entire Sales Cycle of Grow Opportunities: Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A degree in technical or business-related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in software or high-tech sales, specifically with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other ERP solutions.
  • Experience in the management of New Business Sales and Account Management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with the Midmarket area preferred.
  • Experience building robust pipeline through outbound activity, and networking.
  • A high-energy team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Results-oriented with a passion to learn and a desire to grow a division.
