Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team at Priory Lakeside View. As a Nurse Specialist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to patients with acute mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic programs and interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Post-registration continuing professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice

About Priory Lakeside View
Priory Lakeside View is a 28-bedded hospital in Willenhall, providing a person-centered approach and therapeutic environment that promotes collaborative care planning and optimizes treatment goals. Our hospital is divided into three small acute wards, each with a unique focus and approach to care.
