Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum

Job Description:

As a Technical Asset Inspector with HSB, you will be responsible for undertaking statutory examinations and contractual inspections of plant and equipment. This will involve ensuring compliance with applicable standards and codes of practice, as well as maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute examination schedules in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure all plant and equipment are examined/inspected in accordance with applicable standards or accepted codes of practice
  • Maintain accurate records of time spent on each task
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure all customer service standards are met

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations such as LOLER, PUWER, PSSR, COSH
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Good level of IT skill, including proficiency in Microsoft and Apple software
  • Minimum NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
